To support students as they progress towards course deadlines and exams we would like to offer a free 6 week course of support, focusing a coping strategies and techniques in regards to stress and anxiety. The lunchtime programme looks at how we think, how we can make healthy choices through our food, exercise and sleep and how a positive mindset can improve our confidence as well as reduce stress.
The six weeks course starts on Wednesday 23rd March in R1, the 6th Form Centre and then will continue for the first 5 weeks of Term 5, running on Thursday lunchtimes in R1.
